CHE-PtL Refining has designed a sophisticated “ultra-efficient” Power-to-Liquid (PtL) configuration, based on modular construction and leading-edge refining technology.
The system design addresses the two biggest hurdles in e-kerosene production:
Thermal management and carbon circularity.
Going off-grid means all of our DC electricity is used without conventional conversion losses. Our closed-loop design wastes no thermal energy, recycling it back into the electrolyser and DAC Hydrolyser. This circular approach avoids unnecessary solar energy loss, freeing up more of our resource for hydrogen splitting.
